Congratulations to Yar Tong on her commitment to Tennessee Martin University, an NCAA division one school competing in the Ohio Valley conference!

Yar is a talented 6'3 wing who has been able to show her ability with our Female Prep program over the past two years in glimpses as she has battled two injuries that have required surgery. Coach Maddie and the staff at Tennessee Martin had seen enough of Yar's ability, and will be bringing her in next season.
Yar says: "I would like to thank my Lacombe family, Edge School, Genesis Basketball, Athletic Edge, Coach Matt, Coach Mike, Coach Kenny, Coach John, Coach Robbie and countless others for giving me the support and encouragement to get to where I am.

"Coach Eddie, thank you for pushing me to my limits, guiding me through the ups and downs, and helping me develop into the player I am today.
