
After losing their first game of the Bauer U15AAA Icebreaker Tournament in Abbotsford, BC, the U15 men's hockey team couldn't be stopped as they went on to rattle off five straight victories to come home with the first Edge banner of the season.
In game one, the team fell 6-4 to the North Shore Kings, but bounced back with massive round robin wins over Chilliwack A1 (7-1) and RINK Kelowna (10-0).
In the playoff round, the team continued their hot streak with a 5-2 win over Yale in the quarter-final, and a 5-3 win over Star Hockey Academy in the semifinals.
In the final on Sunday afternoon against a AAA team, the squad came out with a 6-3 victory over Cariboo Cougars.

Damien Lavallee led the tournament in scoring with 12 points (9 G, 3A) in six games, and
Andrew Ragusa (7G, 2 A) and
Remy Koch (1 G, 3 A) were also chosen to the tournament All-Star team.
