Accepted into post-secondary for two different sports? We see you, Olivia!

Big shoutout to our Female U18 Prep Team Captain, Olivia Imperato, who has committed to McKendree University in Illinois to play hockey (ACHA, Div I) AND Field Lacrosse (NCAA Div II) next season.

Liv is in her second season at Edge, and has played in 45 CSSHL games (12 G, 14 A) for Head Coach, Annette Jensen. Liv is the glue of the team and a natural-born leader, which is a testament to her wearing the 'C' for Female Prep. She sets the tone in games with her relentless tenacity, speed and silky hands, and can dominate down low to deflect shots and bury rebounds.

"Liv is a thoughtful, considerate teammate who always takes into account the impact she has on everyone around her," says Annette. "She goes above and beyond for her teammates and the Edge community – giving back in any capacity possible. This translates onto the ice through her vision and ability to find teammates and make connected plays. Liv puts in the extra time and effort in everything that she does from studying, to workouts and practices – she makes everyone around her better."
